GREETINGS CARDS

Ordering.  Greetings cards may be ordered online using our secure link to PayPal.  Simply click on the 'add to basket' buttons below the greetings cards.  This will take you to the secure PayPal web page where you can pay by credit card.  The total cost and postage will be calculated automatically.  If you prefer, greetings cards may also be ordered by post, accompanied by a cheque (for the full amount of your order) made payable to 'Julie Carter'.  If ordering by post, please ensure that you quote the design name stated below the image. 

Personalisation.  Most of the greetings cards can be personalised on the front with your own choice of wording.  Please fill in your message in the box when you order.  There is no additional charge for this service.  If you don't specify alternative wording, I will use the same wording as shown on the picture of that card on the website.  Please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Delivery. Will be by first class mail.  Orders are very often sent out the same working day, but if possible please allow 2-3 working days.  If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to ensure it gets to you on time. If you would like it to be sent by Royal Mail special Delivery please contact me for a price before ordering.  For large orders please ask for confirmation of delivery date.  Some items may be sent by recorded delivery and will require a signature.  If your parcel is returned to us by the post office because you have not collected it and you have asked for us to re- send it, you will need to pay the postage cost before we re-send your order.

Orders for delivery overseas are welcome, but please contact me first for delivery prices, options and a time estimate.  We will not be responsible for delays in the arrival of your order if you have agreed to a delivery method and dispatch date.  You are responsible for any customs payment required on delivery.

Postage and Packaging.  Postage is charged at £1.10 for orders under £5.49.  Orders above this value may be sent by recorded delivery and are charged as follows:

Orders from £5.50 to £20 - £1.95
Orders from £20.01 to £40 - £2.75
Orders from £40.01 to £65 - £3.50
Orders over £65.00 - £4.95 

Returns.  We are sure that you will be delighted with the quality of our cards.  However, If you are not completely satisfied, you may return them (within 7 days) in perfect condition for a full refund. We will not refund the cost of postage. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned.  Please obtain proof of posting if returning items as we will not provide refunds if items go missing in the post.

 

WEDDING STATIONERY

Ordering. If you wish to order wedding stationery please contact me via telephone or E-mail me to discuss your exact requirements.  We don't have an online order form simply because all orders are different and tailored to your own requirements and budget.  No payment is required until you have checked that you are happy with the free proof.

Samples.  As each card is made to order by hand, it is not possible to send out free samples.  Invitation samples can be ordered at a cost of £1.50 each plus p&p using the 'Order Sample' buttons below each design.  This will take you to the secure PayPal  website where you can pay online with a credit card.  If you prefer, you can send details of the samples you require by post, accompanied by a cheque (made payable to 'Julie Carter'.  Samples are usually sent within 2-3 working days of receiving payment. 

Customisation.  It is our aim to provide you with stationery that exactly meets your requirements.  If you require different wording, typeface, or colours, please contact me and I will happily make up samples in your chosen colours.  If you have your own ideas for designs, I am pleased to discuss them.  No order is too small!

Envelopes and insert pages.  Co-ordinating envelopes are included with invitations, reply cards and thank you cards.  Invitations, Orders of Service and Menus also include printed insert pages in a co-ordinating paper.

Proofs. Once we have received your order, we will send you a proof copy for your approval.  Please check all the details, make any amendments, then sign and return the proof.  If you wish to amend your order after you have returned the proof, a further charge will be involved.

Payment.  Wedding stationery orders of £100 or under are payable at the time of ordering.  If over £100 a deposit of 50% is required when you confirm your order with a returned proof.  The balance is payable prior to delivery.  If you require your order in under 4 weeks from receiving your proofs we may ask for payment in full at the time of ordering.  We can either invoice you using PayPal, where you will be directed to the secure PayPal site, for online payments, or you can send a cheque made payable to 'Julie Carter'.   Once this has been received, your order will be dispatched. 

Delivery.  A date for delivery of your stationery will be agreed with you in advance.  We aim to complete all orders within 4-6 weeks of receiving your signed proof.  If you require your stationery sooner, please ask, and we'll try to accommodate you if possible.  Small orders can often be completed in 2-3 weeks. Postage will be charged at cost, depending on the size and weight of your completed order.    You are welcome to order your stationery in stages, for example you can order the invites initially and then when you know the final guest numbers order the rest of the place settings, orders of service etc.  However, please note that there will be a delivery cost for each part of your order.  This is usually a maximum of £10 and will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier.  Deliveries to UK Highlands and Islands, including the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man are usually £15.  We are very happy to provide a quote for delivery overseas.  You are responsible for any customs payment required on delivery.

Cancellations and returns.  You may cancel your order any time until we receive your signed proofs.  Once we have received your signed proofs, your order cannot be cancelled and must be paid for in full.  As the stationery is personalised, we will not accept returns unless the stationery has not matched your signed proof.

ONLINE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL

PayPal is owned by eBay.  All transactions made online using the PayPal shopping cart system are securely handled by PayPal.  We do not see your credit card details.  We will receive an e-mail from PayPal detailing your order and payment.  If you are already a PayPal member when you go to the checkout, you can enter your username and password to complete the transaction.  New members, will be asked to complete an online form to create a PayPal account.  There are no fees for buyers shopping through PayPal.
